Builder Information
Ryan Pratt is the founder and principle owner of Timber Creek Custom Homes. To fund his education in Real Estate Finance at BYU’s Marriott School of Business, Ryan spent summer months working and learning many different construction trades including foundations, framing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, etc. After graduating and a short time in mortgages and banking, Ryan realized that he had developed a strong passion for construction. Changing careers, he served several years in management roles for other luxury home builders in Utah County and Park City before starting Timber Creek Construction. His enthusiasm for architecture and art drive him to continually improve spaces.
