Since 1939, Giles and Kendall, the manufacturer of CedarSafe planks and panels, has concentrated on making the finest products from 100% Aromatic Eastern Red Cedar. All of our products are manufactured at one of Giles and Kendall’s two U.S. manufacturing facilities, either Huntsville, Alabama (where the company is headquartered) or Gainesville, Missouri.
At Giles and Kendall we employ sustainable processes that minimally impact the environment. Not only are our Aromatic Eastern Red Cedar trees sourced domestically and harvested from the wild, but we strive to eliminate waste and fully utilize our sole resource. Therefore, we use the entire tree to make our closet liners and several other cedar wood products as well as pure cedar oil.
