Over the last 38 years, Task Lighting, a Kearney, Nebraska company, has distinguished itself as a leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of quality LED Lighting and Angle Power Strips. The company launched in 1985 by founder and CEO Ken Anderson, CKD, with an idea to use low voltage incandescent bulbs, designed for the auto industry, in light fixtures for kitchen and bath designs.
Task Lighting began with under cabinet lighting, and today manufactures a variety of LED fixtures and light bars, pucks, mini cans, and lighted closet rods, as well as their patented Angle Power Strip, all proudly “Made in America.” Recently, Task Lighting joined forces with the parent company Hardware Resources.
